It's been some time (more than a month) since I have written an update.  It's the one thing you don't want to do when writting a blog.  At the same time, our lives this last month has been nothing less than hectic. 

tonight I can't sleep.  I was having one of those nights where I am just thinking of how awesome God is and the things He has done in my life.   I'm finding myself opening Isaac's door and looking at him sleep, sitting in a rocking chair praying for his life...his future. 

I love my family.  Having Isaac in our lives has changed me.  Today I took some time off to just go and play with him.  Walking into Lowes and stuff like that.  I love doing that....spending time with him.  I'll often stop pushing him and walk in front of the stroller to find him looking up at me with the biggest smile.  I love my Isaac. 

Isaac is growing! He can stand up on his own (with the help of something solid).  About a couple of weeks ago we heard the piano and it was Isaac making some music.  When I take him to his grandparents house for babysitting, I'll walk in and he will crawl (and he can crawl fast!) right to me and make his way up my leg..seeing that smile.
