When I was spending some with the Lord  I was trying to listen to his voice.  I was trying so hard to get rid of the noise of life.  It's hard these days to focus.  I look around and see people with headphones on from their Ipod, or talking on the cell.  As I looked around I thought to my self, We are a "busy" society.  Understand that I'm not condemning today's technology by any means!  I am saying however that it's vitally important to take time out of every day and "be still". 

I think of that verse in
Psalm 46:10, "Be still and know that I am God."
