The other day I was sitting in a resturant eating dinner and I heard the word "Awesome" several times.  We all use the word to describe something...that car is awesome, that house is awsome, or whatever it might be.  That word often tops our description about something.   Do I use a greater word than awesome to describe?  I could say great, but great is not the same as awesome.  Rad is yesterday's word.  So then, what word is greater than awesome.  

I want to describe Jesus as awesome but then again the person next to me is saying the steak he just ate was awesome.  Does my Jesus equal out to a great steak? 

I was taught a valuable lesson today.  Choose our words carefully and don't cheat God.  Maybe we should start saving our "awesome's" for truly what is Awesome; The Living God!
